Manini’s Gluten Free Ancient Grain products are developed and produced in a dedicated facility free of gluten, wheat, peanuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Batches are constantly tested for gluten to less than 10 ppm and are certified Gluten Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), and all ingredients used are non-GMO. All of our products are also approved by the Whole Grain Council.
